    I think the newer larger one includes additional hotfixes slipstreamed into the image, in order to reduce the number of Windows Updates to be installed after initial setup. Both are Windows Server 2012 R2 64-bit Standard and Datacenter, and their filenames are similar except for what appears to be a revision number (3, 4), and a disc part number (X19-*).

    Interesting thing, the ISO I downloaded from VLSC a few days ago is 5.02GB, and one I downloaded back in October is 4.23GB.
